A Biography of Me

A Biography of Me

In 2004, I was 15 years old that time, and I was searching for images of the anime "Onegai Teacher" when I stumbled across a website full of information about the anime. And so I searched through all the pages when I saw a button linking to Minitokyo. I was curious, so I went in and what I saw was unbelievable; an art community full of scans and wallpapers.

I joined in, hoping to find images that I was looking for. But later on, I was bumped onto a member which he call himself "Kei-kun". He saw my avatar which has the image of "Kusanagi Kei" from "Onegai Teacher" and was also the creator of the avatar I saved it from his website. And so, we introduced ourselves and exchanged emails so to chat. And somehow we became "buddies".

When I came to this site, I was a noob who was leeching some images. But soon what I found out is that members in MT making wallpapers fascinates me. The first beautiful wallpaper that fascinated me is from "Tsubasa Resevoir Chronicle" of the "Essential Nature" done by pinkdoremi. And so from then on, I decided to make wallpapers, not just for me, but for everyone.

And now here I am, 18 and still making wallpapers. It took me long time to come to this level, and a very challenging one too. I do hope I can make more beautiful wallpapers and I hope my wallpapers pleases the members here in MT.

If I haven't come to this site, or stumbled across the link to MT, I wouldn't be here by now. And I wouldn't have known my talent in making wallpapers. Right now, I'm so interested in graphic designs and making layouts for websites. It's all thanks to MT and my buddy Kei-kun.

for the fav

what type of ainme so you watch that inspires your work? :\

Quote by TakamuraReijiHmm...I'm not sure if I'm appropriate to say this, but I'll just comment. And be warned, it's long.

What you did to the bg is not really a good combination to the scan. In fact, it's just doesn't blends. You use splatter and rain-like, combine it together seems really odd. If you look carefully, splatters have many kinds of patterns. Most of it is flat face-like splatters. For this wall, it doesn't goes well with flat face-like splatters. And I won't suggest you to use splatters as well. In the opposite way, I'd rather go with the rain-like. But frankly speaking, I like the (stock images?). Matches well.

As for the scan, nice that you've used your own scan. But it doesn't mean you can just simply cut and paste it, and it's done, just like that. You've gotta clean up the scan first. Firstly, the light on the scan's head stands out too much. And it doesn't blends in the bg. Try select the light and use variation, light to dark. If it doesn't work, then you've gotta try other selections. To make the scan more lively/ fresh, again I suggest you use variation, then use hue & saturation. It works out fine with me, but I'm not sure about your side, though. The rest of the sides are all okay. Just work on the lighting effect.

Lastly, work on the fonts. Try using other fonts, and try not to use emboss.

Again, I hope I'm not being offensive or something. Just thought you might want some help to be a good waller. I hope this helps you. :)

whys ares yous so means? i'm goings tos asks yous pleases dos nots comments ons mys wallpapers agains. thanks yous.
