warned, it's long.
What you did to the bg is not really a good combination to the scan. In fact,
it's just doesn't blends. You use splatter and rain-like, combine it together
seems really odd. If you look carefully, splatters have many kinds of patterns.
Most of it is flat face-like splatters. For this wall, it doesn't goes well with
flat face-like splatters. And I won't suggest you to use splatters as well. In
the opposite way, I'd rather go with the rain-like. But frankly speaking, I like
the (stock images?). Matches well.
As for the scan, nice that you've used your own scan. But it doesn't mean you
can just simply cut and paste it, and it's done, just like that. You've gotta
clean up the scan first. Firstly, the light on the scan's head stands out too
much. And it doesn't blends in the bg. Try select the light and use variation,
light to dark. If it doesn't work, then you've gotta try other selections. To
make the scan more lively/ fresh, again I suggest you use variation, then use
hue & saturation. It works out fine with me, but I'm not sure about your
side, though. The rest of the sides are all okay. Just work on the lighting
effect.
Lastly, work on the fonts. Try using other fonts, and try not to use
emboss.
Again, I hope I'm not being offensive or something. Just thought you might want
some help to be a good waller. I hope this helps you.

Love how you did the bg; the water and grass that's on the water, so are the
clouds. Very artistic to use the "STOP" sign. Luckily you did the
cleaning. Cus it'll look weird when you have the realistic "STOP" sign
on the bg if you haven't clean it.

the bg and around her. But I do suggest you make the scan to have shadow.
Again, stop with the emboss effect for the text. It's killing the wall...

weird to have stars being embossed.
The scan's definitely too bright. If only you hadn't extract the scan to
brightness, and use the original one, it should be okay. Then add a little
shadow onto it. It'll be nice that way.
Quite okay for the bg. Somehow attracting too much attention to it.
The font, as I've said it long time ago...Please do not emboss and add shadow to
it. It's destroying the wallpaper. (I'm very sorry to say that, Miyuki-chan! But
it's true! )
The mists can be fix if you just make it slightly colourful, example light pink
to suit the scan.
Overall, it's 7.25/10.

23 (checked your other walls). It's probably you've done simple walls. Example,
cut the scan out, and paste in some bgs. Just like that, didnt done any effects
or somewhat, just cut and paste.
Coming back to your wall, the scan look awkward to be fit with the bg. And yet,
the bg seems too real. And it's also simple.
The scan's abit blurry though...
I suggest you try out with some brushes. It seems difficult at first, but after
a while you'll get used to it.
